The Brooklyn-based development team at Cayuga Capital Management has released new renderings of 600 Bushwick Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. The six-story mixed-use property topped off back in 2017, but construction seems to have halted or slowed down until earlier this year.
When complete, the development will contain 66 apartments for a total of 47,948 square feet, with 12,504 square feet of commercial space and 2,521 square feet of medical office space. Hustvedt Cutler Architects oversaw design of the structure, which features a staggered, cantilevered silhouette to support open-air terraces and lengthened interior floor spans.
While amenity spaces have not been confirmed, the rendering appears to reveal a large roof deck with light landscaping. It is not clear when the project will reach full completion.
