Permits have been filed for a 24-story mixed-use building at 92-33 Guy R. Brewer Boulevard in Jamaica, Queens. Located between Jamaica Avenue and Archer Avenue, the lot is four blocks east of the Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer subway station, serviced by the E, J, and Z trains. BRP Companies is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 250-foot-tall development will yield 535,814 square feet, with 399,240 square feet designated for residential space and 14,077 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 601 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 664 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 192 enclosed parking spaces.
Gerald Valgora of Studio V Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in April of last year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Act together between you and the reporting role, I understand and co-operate with you on my duty. By becoming a detailed follower of the development, I don’t think you’re a driving trainer. Don’t worry! I’m smart enough to distinguish that right or wrong. (Hello New York YIMBY)
