Over the past several years, redevelopment of New Brunswick’s downtown renewal district has accelerated at an exciting rate. Premiere Residences is one of the city’s latest projects to debut, where developers unveiled a collection of 207 units perched atop the New Brunswick Performing Arts Center.
Located at 7 Livingston Avenue, the 23-story building is designed by Elkus Manfredi and stands as the city’s tallest completed structure. At that height, the utilitarian façade can be seen from most points within city limits.
Each apartment will offer 10-foot-high ceiling spans, floor-to-ceiling windows, designer fixtures in both bathroom and kitchen spaces, and energy-smart appliances. Accommodations range from studios to two-bedroom spreads.
Residents will also have access to a full suite of amenities including a fitness center and yoga studio, several lounges, a karaoke room, co-working areas, and private business rooms. Outdoor amenities include a penthouse roof deck with BBQ grills, a fire pit, a bar, and a pool.

Wait… What?
