Tzuchun Chen under the Queens New York Holding LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 53-foot-tall development will yield 39,262 square feet, with 27,786 square feet designated for community facility space. The building will will be used for educational purposes; no other details are available. The concrete-based structure will have a cellar but no accessory parking.
Thomas Tung of National Design Corp. is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
