SJP Properties Completes Commercial Redevelopment at 200 Wood Avenue South in Iselin, New Jersey

SJP Properties recently completed a redevelopment and renovation of 200 Wood Avenue South, a low-rise office building within Iselin, New Jersey’s Metropark commercial campus. The building comprises 270,000 square feet and now offers a modernized lobby, a fitness center, collaborative common areas including landscaped outdoor meeting space, indoor dining area, and on-site parking.

SJP is also providing its signature hospitality and concierge services as part of its property management offering.

DSV, a global transport, shipping, and logistics company, is the building’s anchor tenant. The company will relocate its U.S. headquarters to the property, where SJP’s construction management team has completed a 97,000-square-foot interior buildout. DSV took occupancy of its space at 200 Wood Avenue South, comprising the building’s entire third floor, in April.

SJP acquired 200 Wood Avenue South in early 2020. The developer and property management company retained Parette Somjen Architects to design and execute the custom build-out for DSV’s new headquarters. This includes spacious layouts, expansive ceiling heights, and upgraded infrastructure to effect a modern industrial aesthetic.

Erdos goes on to say that the response from prospective tenants has been highly positive.
