Developers recently celebrated the grand opening of Solaia, a new condominium property in North Bergen, New Jersey. The 14-story property is located at 8701 Churchill Road and offers a collection of 70 homes.
Designed by Architectura, properties at Solaia range from 864 square feet to over 1,900 square feet, and most include private outdoor space. Floor plans include one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts priced at $699,000 on the low end.

Beyond well-appointed interiors and appliances, residents will also have access to 10,000 square feet of amenities. This includes a three-story wellness center with a fitness center, a yoga room, a sauna and steam room, a Halo Himalayan salt therapy room with infrared relaxation stations, personalized lockers, and more. Additional amenities include a dog run, and a cliffside roof deck with an outdoor kitchen, dining area, fire pits, and couches. There will also be a co-working space with private conference room, and an Owner’s Lounge featuring a fireplace, billiards, a catering kitchen, and more dining areas.
“Solaia was conceptualized with an emphasis on mind, body, and spirit for wellness inside and out,” said Jaclyn Issac, founder of interior design firm Doni Douglas, which outfitted the property. “Everything from the design of the fully equipped spa to the materials utilized in creating this residential oasis were carefully chosen to accentuate tranquility, self-care, and balanced healthy living.”

Skyline Development Group, the entity responsible for Solaia, has retained Compass as the property’s exclusive marketing and leasing agent. Prospective owners now have access to a fully decorated model home and a sales center.
