Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 375 Lefferts Avenue in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. Located between Nostrand and New York Avenues, the interior lot is one block east of the Sterling Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Leo Greenfield, as part of an anonymous partnership, is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 80-foot-tall development will yield 121,819 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 41 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 2,971 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, 20 open parking spaces, and one enclosed parking space.
S. Wieder Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the parking lot on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
