Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 528 Grand Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Union Avenue and Lorimer Street, the lot is a few blocks from the Metropolitan Avenue-Lorimer Street subway station, serviced by the G and L trains. HL&S LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 30,410 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 58 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 524 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 40-foot-long rear yard, and 29 open parking spaces.
Rise Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
