The affordable housing lottery has launched for 352 Meeker Avenue, a seven-story residential building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Leandro Dickson of LND Architect and developed by Mordechai Ganzfried, the structure yields 27 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are nine units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $111,532 to $165,230.

Residences feature a patio or balcony, name-brand kitchen appliances, and a dishwasher. Amenities include a gym, lounge, and rooftop terrace. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are nine one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,253 for incomes ranging from $111,532 to $165,230.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than December 21, 2023.
