Hudson Square Properties has announced a lease renewal and expansion with David Yurman at 200 Hudson Street in Tribeca, Manhattan. The new lease expands David Yurman’s headquarters by over 25 percent, bringing its total footprint to 150,000 square feet. The jewelry firm has been headquartered at this location since 2002, enjoying exclusive amenities like a separate entrance, lobby, and dedicated elevators.
200 Hudson Street is a sought-after office location on the northern border of Tribeca, close to multiple subway lines. The building spans 380,971 square feet over 12 floors, offering views of downtown Manhattan and the Hudson River. Other tenants include Steelcase, a leading workplace furniture manufacturer and Havas, a French media conglomerate.
In the deal, Hudson Square Properties was represented by Peter Shimkin of Newmark and Nichole Cortese of Loeb & Loeb. Representing David Yurman were Mary Ann Tighe, Ken Meyerson, Ariel Ball, Alex Leopold, and Ali Gordon of CBRE, along with Robyn Abbate of Wiggin and Dana.
This lease renewal is part of a broader trend of leasing activity within the Hudson Square Properties portfolio, which signed multiple leases totaling 409,000 square feet in 2023.
