Avison Young recently arranged a new 10-year lease at 220 West 19th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan, on behalf of landlord Red Circle NY Corp. The lease will be a relocation for The Corcoran Group’s Chelsea office from its current location at 218 West 18th Street. The 9,200-square-foot lease will span the entire fifth floor of the boutique owner-occupied office building. The space is fully built, furnished, and wired.

220 West 19th Street was built in 1910 and serves as the North American headquarters for Only The Brave Group, an Italian fashion company. The building boasts approximately 100,000 square feet of office space and street-level retail. Tenants benefit from the building’s proximity to popular neighborhood amenities such as the High Line, Chelsea Market, and numerous dining establishments.
“The value of having move-in ready space that is fully built and furnished continues attracting occupiers of all types in Manhattan. Being able to immediately occupy the space will streamline and facilitate The Corcoran Group’s relocation of its Chelsea office,” said Michael Gottlieb of Avison Young.
