Construction has broken ground on 1 Webb Avenue, a five-story residential building in Harrison, Westchester County. Designed by Minno & Wasko and developed by The NRP Group, a vertically integrated developer, builder, and manager of multifamily housing, and RPW Group, a local owner-operator, the project will yield 200 units in studio to two-bedroom layouts, with five percent reserved for residents earning 80 percent of the area median income. The development is taking shape on a 10-acre site, with five acres set aside as open space.
Amenities will include a fitness center, shared workspace, indoor dining room, a children’s playroom, landscaped courtyards, grill and lounge areas, a heated pool, and fire pits. The property also plans to feature an outdoor walking trail system open to the public, a dog park, and a community garden operated by the nonprofit Our New Way Garden.
The developers are aiming for LEED Silver certification.
“We look forward to enhancing Harrison’s vibrant community with our latest luxury residential project,” said Jonathan Gertman, SVP of development at The NRP Group. “Located in a highly desirable neighborhood, this development will offer ample green spaces and integrate beautifully designed architecture with top-notch amenities. This project underscores NRP’s commitment to creating exceptional living spaces and provides an attractive alternative living option for working professionals in Westchester County.”
