A new dining concept is set to open at The Wyldes, a residential project located at 1100 South 5th Street in Harrison, New Jersey. The concept, which is being led by Episcope Hospitality, will feature two separate restaurants based on the time of day: Keepers and Keepers Coffee. Developed by Advance Realty Investors, The Wyldes yields 399 units and approximately 70,000 square feet of amenity space.
Designed to span the street-level retail space of The Wyldes, Keepers and Keepers Coffee together will offer service throughout the day. Breakfast service will focus on coffee and pastries, lunch will feature burgers and salads, and dinner menu will provide comfort foods paired with craft cocktails and local beers.
Units within The Wyldes are offered both in loft-style and standard configurations, with lofts offering 13-foot ceilings and standard apartments offering 10-foot ceilings. All units feature a washer and dryer and smart lock keyless home entry, and many apartments feature private balconies.
Building amenities include a bike room, co-working spaces, a fitness center, a pet spa, a library, and a game room. Beyond that, residents have access to a roof deck with barbecues and dining spaces, and a courtyard with additional barbecue areas and an infinity pool.
