Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 92 Stanhope Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Evergreen Avenue and Central Avenue, the lot is near the Central Avenue subway station, serviced by the M train. John Rubino is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 64-foot-tall development will yield 6,278 square feet square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 784 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 45-foot-long rear yard.
Oleg Ruditser of Engineering Professional Service is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in January 2024 for the residential structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
