The affordable housing lottery has launched for 1815 Linden Street, a five-story residential building in Ridgewood, Queens. Designed by K.V. Lambiris Architect and developed by Tadeusz Wawrzak under the 1815 Linden LLC in 2017, the structure yields nine residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $97,029 to $218,010.
Each unit features air conditioning, and name-brand, energy-efficient appliances. Tenants are responsible for electricity.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,830 for incomes ranging from $97,029 to $181,740, and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,195 for incomes ranging from $109,543 to $218,010.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than August 19, 2024.
