A new lease was recently signed with Somedays Bakery at the ground floor of 4630 Center Boulevard, a residential building in Long Island City, Queens. The bakery will occupy an 800-square-foot ground-floor space for a 15-year term in the property. This will be Somedays Bakery’s second location in Long Island City, and is set to open its doors in April.
4630 Center Boulevard was developed by TF Cornerstone, and completed construction in 2008. It yields 184 units and stands 18 stories tall.
“We’re happy to be able to work with TF Cornerstone on this exciting deal, which marks our second location in Long Island City,” said Peter Phillips, Somedays Bakery CEO. “We’re confident that the residents of 4630 Center Boulevard and the surrounding community will enjoy our unique and constantly evolving array of baked goods and quality coffee.”
Transit nearby 4630 Center Boulevard includes the 7 and G trains, as well as the Long Island Rail Road.
