51 Irving Place, a seven-story rental building in Gramercy Park, Manhattan, recently unveiled a rebrand to Anagram Gramercy. Built in 1969, the property is currently managed by Global Holdings, and is the third residential property under Global’s Anagram brand, with more planned for the future.
Anagram Gramercy yields 56 units in studio to two-bedroom layouts, all of which are currently leased. The property also offers a variety of amenities, including a 24/7 virtual doorman, an entry courtyard, and in-house laundry services.
