Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 46-03 88th Street in Elmhurst, Queens. Located between Dongan Avenue and a pedestrian underpass, the lot is near the Elmhurst Avenue subway station, served by the E, F, M, and R trains. Bo Qian is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 35-foot-tall development will yield 11,728 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 14 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 837 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and 103-foot-long rear yard.
Victor K. Han Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
