Construction is complete on The Piermont, a four-story residential complex at 137 Patterson Street in Hillsdale, New Jersey. Designd by Studio Hillier Architects and developed by BNE Real Estate Group, Claremont Development, and March Development, the project yields 256 apartments and townhomes.

The community offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residences, along with larger townhomes. Amenities at The Piermont include multiple resident lounges, a fitness center, a movement studio with on-demand training technology, coworking space with private offices, a coffee bar, private tasting room, and a game lounge with a golf simulator. Outdoor offerings include a pool with cabanas, an outdoor bar, gaming and TV areas, fire pits, barbecue grills, and private dining spaces. The property also includes a parking garage, package room, pet spa, and 24-hour onsite maintenance.
