The Shirley Aninias School has signed a 23,000-square-foot lease at 30 Wall Street in Manhattan’s Financial District. The private special education program will occupy the second and third floors under a 15-year lease, which is the largest completed at the building to date. The property is located at the corner of Wall and Nassau Streets.

The relocation will allow the Shirley Aninias School to expand its programming for neurodiverse students ages four to 13. The new location will include a life skills suite and a simulated “town” environment designed to support instruction in practical everyday skills, alongside services including speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, counseling, ABA instruction, adaptive gym, music, art, and STEM programming. The school’s space will include an internal staircase connecting both floors, a dedicated ground-floor entrance, and direct escalator access.
