Permits have been filed for a four-story residential expansion to a two-story building at 393 Greene Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Franklin Avenue and Bedford Avenue, the lot is near the Bedford–Nostrand Avenues subway station, served by the G train. Isaac Broyn of B&B Global Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 73-foot-tall development will yield 8,697 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have five residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,739 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 10-foot-long rear yard.
Sharon Broyn of BASCH A+D Corp. is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will not be needed as the project calls for a vertical expansion. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
