Permits have been filed for a 16-story mixed-use building at 546 Pacific Street in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Located between 4th Avenue and 3rd Avenue, the lot is near the Atlantic Avenue–Barclays Center subway station, served by the B, D, N, Q, R, 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains. Chase Weber is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 180-foot-tall development will yield 86,519 square feet, with 83,237 designated for residential space and 3,282 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 99 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 840 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar.

Thomas Scibilia is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed earlier this month for the two-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
