Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 43-27 56th Street in Woodside, Queens. Located between 43rd Avenue Street and Queens Boulevard, the lot is near the 52nd Street subway station, served by the 7 train. Markiel Chulpayev is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 116-foot-tall development will yield 22,922 square feet, with 21,905 square feet designated for residential space and 1,016 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 32 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 684 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar.
Alexander Zhitnik of Z Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
