The proposed 84-foot-tall development will yield 17,645 square feet, with 17,043 square feet designated for residential space and 602 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 19 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 897 square feet. The concrete-based structure will not have any accessory parking.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
