Foundations are taking shape at 80 Wharf Way for a two-tower residential complex in the Williamsburg Wharf masterplan in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by COOKFOX and developed by Naftali Group and Access Industries, this second and final phase will consist of 415- and 460-foot-tall towers yielding a combined 363 condominium units. The project will also include more than 17,000 square feet of amenities. The property is located at the northernmost end of the Williamsburg Wharf development, directly next to the South Williamsburg ferry terminal on a site bounded by Kent Avenue to the east and the East River to the west.
A substantial amount of the foundation slab and perimeter walls has been formed within the sprawling footprint while excavation wraps up at the southeast corner of the site. Construction is on pace to reach street level before the end of the year.

The preliminary diagram from the construction board shows the towers arranged perpendicular to each other, connected by a shared podium and a bridge on the lower levels. An outdoor swimming pool will sit atop the podium, as indicated by the rectangular indentation toward the southern end of its roof. The towers will rise uninterrupted for the majority of their height and will culminate in a matching arrangement of stepped setbacks and mechanical crowns. Finalized renderings of the project have yet to be released.

The developers closed on a $525 million construction finance package late last year in a deal arranged by Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets Institutional Advisory. The nearest subways from the development are the J, M, and Z trains at the elevated Marcy Avenue staton to the east over Broadway.
Phase two of Williamsburg Wharf is expected to be completed in the spring of 2029, as noted on the info board. An exact floor count for each tower was not specified.
