Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 115 Cooper Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Central Avenue and Evergreen Avenue, the lot is near the Wilson Avenue subway station, served by the L train. Hizar Mojahed of Mojahed Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 54-foot-tall development will yield 4,397 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have six residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 732 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 36-foot-long rear yard.

Carlos Defonseca of Defonseca Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
