Located between Bassford Avenue and Third Avenue, the lot is closest to the 182-183 Streets subway station, served by the B and D trains. Shimon Greenfeld of SCG Realty Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 112-foot-tall development will yield 32,198 square feet, with 27,011 square feet designated for residential space and 5,186 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 52 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 519 square feet. The concrete-based structure will not have any accessory parking.
Nikolai Katz Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
