Permits have been filed for a three-story warehouse at 156 21st Street in Greenwood Heights, Brooklyn. Located between 3rd and 4th Avenues, the lot is near the 25th Street subway station, served by the R train. Cemil Koseoglu is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 3,468 square feet designated for manufacturing space. The masonry-based structure will also have four enclosed parking spaces.
Daniel Ryan of Ryan Design Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in July for the three-story residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
