The affordable housing lottery has launched for 815 Kings Highway, a 19-story mixed-use building in Gravesend, Brooklyn. Developed by Yelena Maksumov and designed by Vikatos Architect PC, the structure yields 24 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are five units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $143,829 to $238,160.
Residences are equipped with washers and dryers, air conditioning, intercoms, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Amenities include a garage with electric vehicle charging stations, gated access, package lockers, virtual doorman, bike storage lockers, media room, common area Wi-Fi, and an outdoor terrace including a sundeck. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including stove, hot water, and heat.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are five two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,799 for incomes ranging from $143,829 to $238,160.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than October 13, 2026.
