Permits have been filed for a 14-story residential building at 143-24 94th Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. Located between 143rd Street and Sean Bell Way, the lot is near the Sutphin Boulevard–Archer Avenue–JFK Airport subway station, served by the E, J, and Z trains. Joel Weiss of Heartfelt Townhouse Build is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 145-foot-tall development will yield 42,463 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 74 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 573 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 66-foot-long rear yard.
JFA Architects & Engineers DPC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in July for the single-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
