Excavation is in full swing at 460 Washington Street, which will soon be occupied by a 10-story building. Permits filed with the Department of Buildings indicate the developer is Related and the architect is Ismael Leyva, though neither has released renderings or any specific details.
Still, the on-file documents indicate that 460 Washington will have a total of 107 residences. At just over 140,000 feet of total space, typical apartments will average 1,300 square feet – not enormous, especially for Tribeca standards, but likely enough for an abundance of one to two bedroom units.
