Designed by COOKFOX Architects and developed by Oxford Properties, the topped-out building is the central component of the “Googleplex” that will encompass a total of 1.7 million square feet across three separate structures with the other two sites being 315 Hudson Street and 345 Hudson StreetTurner Construction is responsible for constructing the 12-story steel-framed edifice that spans two full city blocks between West Street, West Houston Street, Washington Street, and the New York Department of Sanitation building.
