Construction is nearing completion at 77 Charlton Street, a 161-unit condominium in West SoHo, Manhattan. Referred to as 77 Charlton, the project is designed by S9 Architecture & Engineering and developed by Toll Brothers City Living. Located between Hudson Street and Varick Street, 77 Charlton is actually made up of two 15-story towers that span the width of the parcel from Charlton Street to King Street and share a private courtyard. The reinforced concrete structure at 111 Varick Street has topped out in Hudson Square. The 27-story residential project is located at the northern corner of Varick Street and Broome Street, and is designed by S9 Architecture and developed by Madigan Development. The building will contain 100 affordable and market-rate units, as well as ground-floor retail space. CM & Associates is in charge of the construction.

Work on 111 Varick Street’s reinforced concrete structure is making swift progress in Hudson Square, recently surpassing the first of several setbacks. Located at the northern corner of Varick Street and Broome Street, the future 27-story residential tower received a design update late last year, which can be seen in the featured image above.
