Construction Wraps Up on The Prime at 22-43 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City, Queens

The final exterior touches are underway on The Prime, a 120,000-square-foot mixed-use project at 22-43 Jackson Avenue in Long Island CityQueens. Designed by SRA Architecture + Engineering and developed by Circle F, the 11-story building will yield 71 residences with interior design by Andres Escobar of Lemay + Escobar Architecture. Sales and marketing for the units is being handled by Ryan Serhant of The Serhant Team and Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing: New York. The complex is located at the confluence of 46th Avenue, Jackson Avenue, and 23rd Street.

Sales Launch for Forkosh Development’s Hillrose28 in Rose Hill, Manhattan

Sales have launched for the 43 condominium units at Hillrose28, developed by Forkosh Development in Rose Hill, Manhattan. The limestone-clad 20-story residential building at 181 E 28th Street is designed by C3D Architecture and yields 66,125 square feet of space. Residences of the almost 200-foot-tall structure are designed by Lemay + Escobar D.P.C. and marketed by Corcoran Sunshine.

The Prime’s Façade Installation Nears Completion at 22-43 Jackson Avenue In Long Island City, Queens

Exterior work is moving along on The Prime, a 120,000-square-foot mixed-use project at 22-43 Jackson Avenue in Long Island CityQueens. Progress has been gradual since our last update in September, when the 11-story building had just recently topped out. Designed by SRA Architecture + Engineering and developed by Circle F, the structure features a curtain wall composed of a contrasting mix of white and gray paneling, which his now almost complete. Ryan Serhant of The Serhant Team and Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing: New York fame is marketing the 71 residences, which feature interior design by Andres Escobar of Lemay + Escobar and will average around 900 square feet apiece.
