Designed by Angelo Ng & Anthony Ng Architects and developed by Billy Xiao of B & J Bay Property Inc., the 70-foot-tall structure spans 47,525 square feet and will yield 40 rental units with an average scope of 713 square feet, as well as a 7,256-square-foot ground-floor community facility, enclosed parking for 20 vehicles, and a 30-foot-long rear yard. KW Development Contracting is the general contractor of the project, which is located between Bath and Cropsey Avenues.
Queens-based Michael Kang Architect has revealed the first renderings of 2300 Cropsey Avenue in Bath Beach, Brooklyn. Located at one of the southern-most points of the borough, the new building will rise 24 stories and contain a mix of 154 condominium units, a community facility, and a large parking structure designed to accommodate 270 vehicles.
