Permits have been filed for three 3-story structures at 115, 117, and 121 Bay 23rd Street in Bath Beach, Brooklyn. The site is an avenue away from the 20th Avenue subway station, serviced by the D trains. An anonymous LLC is listed as the party behind the applications.

The 33-foot tall structures will yield a combined 17,456 square feet of residential space. Nine residences will be created, averaging 1,940 square feet apiece, indicating family-sized homes. Each unit will occupy an entire floor.

Six off-street parking spaces will result from the project, including a garage space within the basement of 117 Bay 23rd Street. Storage will be available in the cellars.

Bricolage Designs is the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in early December 2017. The estimated completion date has not been announced but is likely to be in late 2020 or 2021.
