Normandy Real Estate Partners and Princeton Holdings LLC have acquired the 160,000 square-foot low-rise industrial property at 333 Johnson Avenue in East Williamsburg for $26.75 million. The complex will be converted into a mixed-use commercial complex, featuring offices and retail. DNAinfo also reports the inclusion of a 40,000 square feet of outdoor space, and completion is expected in early 2016.
An LLC has filed applications for a three-story, six-unit residential building measuring nearly 6,000 square feet at the vacant lot 338 Devoe Street, in East Williamsburg. Yosef Gottdeinder, of YSG Services, is designing, and the former two-story structure was demolished in 2011.
Per Curbed, the six-story, 53-unit condominium building at 42 Maspeth Avenue — dubbed Forty2East — in East Williamsburg, is to launch sales this summer. The Bondee Group, the developer, is currently putting the finishing touches on the new building, and Christopher Papa Architects is designing; the interiors are being designed by Durukan Design.

New building applications were filed today for the 18,429-square-foot development, which will fill a vacant lot between Frost and Withers Streets, half a block from the highway and Meeker Avenue.
