The affordable housing lottery has launched for 104 Frost Street, an eight-story residential building in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Kao Hwa Lee Architects and developed by Yisroel Greenfeld, the structure yields 20 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are six units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $131,040 to $189,540.
