Renderings Reveal Six-Story Multifamily Building at 15 Greenwich Avenue, Greenwich Village, Manhattan

Earlier this week, Meltzer/Mandl Architects revealed the first renderings of a new six-story multifamily building at 15 Greenwich Street in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village Historic District. Drawings and illustrations of the proposed development were revealed in a public hearing with the Landmarks Preservation Commission, which must issue a Certificate of Appropriateness before construction can break ground.

Window Installation Finishes on 76 Eighth Avenue in Greenwich Village, Manhattan

Exterior work is continuing on 76 Eighth Avenue, a ten-story commercial building in Greenwich Village. Designed in collaboration between Gene Kaufman Architect and RAAD Studios and developed by Sang Lee, Noviprop, and Plus Development, the 120-foot-tall structure will yield 30,000 square feet of office space and ground-floor retail at the corner of Eighth Avenue and West 14th Street.

Façade Installation Nears Completion on 799 Broadway in Greenwich Village

Exterior work is nearing completion on 799 Broadway, a 12-story office building in Greenwich Village. Designed by Perkins + Wills and developed by Columbia Property Trust, the 182-foot-tall structure will yield 180,000 square feet of commercial space marketed by JLL. The corner lot is located at the intersection of Broadway and East 11th Street, and was purchased by Normandy Real Estate Partners and Ares Management in 2016 for $101 million.
