A new design has been revealed for 71-12 Park Avenue, a 13-story residential building in Kew Gardens Hills, Queens. Designed by DSM Design Group and developed by Marx Development Center, the 784,000-square-foot structure will yield approximately 800 rental units. This represents a signifiant reduction in scope from the original plan, which called for 50- and 42-story skyscrapers spanning 1.28 million square feet. The 107,500-square-foot property is bounded by 71st Avenue to the north, Park Avenue to the east, and Parsons Boulevard to the west.

Additional renderings have been revealed for Utopia Living, a two-skyscraper residential complex at 71-12 Park Avenue in Kew Gardens Hills, Queens. Designed by DSM Design Group and developed by Marx Development Center, the 1.28-million-square-foot project consists of a pair of 42- and 50-story structures rising from a shared podium, and will yield 850 units along with an extensive collection of amenities. The property is located along Parsons Boulevard between 71st and 72nd Avenues.

Construction is complete on The Parluxe, an eight-story mixed-use building at 71-82 Parsons Boulevard in Kew Gardens Hills, Queens. Designed by ARC Architecture and developed by A&R Properties Group, the all-electric structure spans 100,000 square feet and yields 94 rental units in studio to two-bedroom layouts with interiors by Durukan Design, as well as 8,000 square feet of community facility space and 45 enclosed parking spaces. REAL New York is handling marketing and leasing for the property, which is bound by Parsons Boulevard to the east, Aguilar Avenue to the west, and 72nd Avenue to the south.
