The properties are located at 44-54 Ninth Avenue and 351-355 West 14th Street at the corner of 14th Street and Ninth Avenue.
The Landmarks Preservation Commission recently reviewed applications for an exterior renovation of a 19th century rowhouse and stable building in Manhattan’s historic Meatpacking District. The neighboring structures are located at 49 and 51 Gansevoort Street and will serve as a flagship location for luxury retailer Loro Piana. Together, the properties will share the address 3 Ninth Avenue.
