A rendering has been revealed for 510 North Broadway, a proposed three-story residential building in White Plains, New York. Designed by Envirospace Architecture and developed by Eric Abraham and Charles Raspler of Comstock Residential Contracting, the structure will yield 12 condominium units. The project is also slated to include a communal roof terrace, a 12-vehicle parking garage, and 25 surface-level parking spaces in the rear. The 0.48-ace property is located at the corner of North Broadway and Brookdale Avenue.

420 Court’s Façade Takes Shape in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn

Exterior work is progressing on 420 Court Street, a six-story mixed-use building in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. Designed by Design Studio Associates and developed by Elizabeth McDonald, the 8,839-square-foot structure will yield three condominium units and nearly 4,200 square feet of retail space. The L-shaped property is located at the northwest corner of Court Street and 2nd Place.

LPC To Review Proposal For 17 Montgomery Place In Park Slope, Brooklyn

The New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) is reviewing a proposal for alterations to 17 Montgomery Place, a three-story, two-unit row house in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Designed by Soudry Architect, the project involves modifications to the building’s rear façade, including the enlargement of an existing bay window and the addition of new exterior elements at the lower levels. The property sits midblock between 8th Avenue and Prospect Park West within a context of similarly scaled brownstone residences.

Plans Approved for 1,000-Unit Development at 175 Third Street In Gowanus, Brooklyn

The New York City Planning Commission has approved plans for 175 Third Street, a mixed-use development in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Developed by Charney Companies and Tavros with design by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) in collaboration with dencityworks | architecture, the 27-story building is expected to span over 1 million square feet and yield more than 1,000 units, approximately 250 of which will be designated as affordable housing. The nearly $1 billion project is part of the broader redevelopment of the neighborhood following the 2021 rezoning. The property is bounded by 2nd Street, 3rd Street, 3rd Avenue, and the Gowanus Canal.
