A proposal has been submitted to the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) for the restoration of the Minetta Garage building at 122-128 West 3rd Street in Greenwich Village, Manhattan. The proposal, assembled by Morris Adjmi Architects for Higgins Quasebarth & Partners and the Chapman Group, seeks approval for a number of exterior updates and modifications, as well as the creation of a new rooftop addition. The property is located between MacDougal Street and Sixth Avenue.

The Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) is now reviewing proposals to replace a deteriorating low-rise property at 182-186 Spring Street with a new seven-story mixed-use building. The existing property is located in the Sullivan-Thompson Historic District, a newly designated district in the South Village section of Manhattan, and will require a Certificate of Appropriateness from the LPC before construction can break ground.
