Excavation Begins at 439 East 77th Street on Manhattan’s Upper East Side

Excavation is underway at 439 East 77th Street, the site of a seven-story residential building in the Lenox Hill section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by ARC Architecture + Design Studio for Jack Ezra of Urban Spring Capital, the 74-foot-tall structure will span 28,923 square feet and yield 16 condominium units with an average scope of 1,807 square feet. The development will also include a cellar level, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and two enclosed parking spaces. The property is situated on an interior lot between First and York Avenues.

Exterior work is nearing completion on 200 East 75th Street, an 18-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle Architects and developed by EJS Group, the 214-foot-tall structure will span 97,569 square feet and yield 36 condominium units in two- to six-bedroom layouts. The development will also contain ground-floor retail space. The property is alternately addressed as 1305-1307 Third Avenue and located at the intersection of Third Avenue and East 75th Street.

The Frick Collection to Reopen on April 17 on Manhattan’s Upper East Side

The Frick Collection is planned to reopen to the public on Thursday April 17, 2025, following a $330 million multi-year renovation and enhancement at 1 East 70th Street on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The Schwarzman Animal Medical Center (AMC) has completed Phase II of its $125 million, 83,000-square-foot expansion and renovation project at 510 East 62nd Street on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Known as the world’s largest veterinary teaching hospital and New York City’s only Level 1 Veterinary Trauma Center, AMC has officially opened a new nine-story commercial tower featuring a state-of-the-art intensive care unit, medical-surgical unit, avian and exotics unit, and a new education and conference center. The property is located along York Avenue between East 61st and 62nd Streets.
