Construction is finishing up on The Delecor, a 31-story residential tower at 250 East 83rd Street in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by The Torkian Group, the 370-foot-tall structure spans 215,608 square feet and yields 128 rental units in one- to four-bedroom layouts, as well as a collection of penthouses and ground-floor retail space. The ground-up property is located at the corner of Second Avenue and East 83rd Street.

New renderings have been revealed for The Delecor, a 31-story residential tower at 250 East 83rd Street in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by The Torkian Group, the 370-foot-tall structure will span 215,608 square feet and yield 128 rental units in one- to four-bedroom layouts, as well as a collection of penthouses and ground-floor retail space. 1522 First Avenue’s Façade Nears Completion on Manhattan’s Upper East Side

Façade installation is nearing completion on 1522 First Avenue, a 30-story medical office building in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Perkins Eastman and developed by Extell, the 449-foot-tall structure will yield 400,000 square feet of Class A office space and retail space on the ground floor and cellar levels. The Hospital for Special Surgery will serve as the anchor tenant, occupying 200,000 square feet across the first eight stories of the building. The property is alternately addressed as 403 East 79th Street and is located between East 79th and 80th Streets.

A portion of the homes will be reserved for affordable housing. The property is alternately addressed as 1594-1598 Second Avenue and located at the corner of East 83rd Street and Second Avenue.

Demolition Work Underway At 1448 Third Avenue On Manhattan’s Upper East Side

Demolition work is moving along at 1448 Third Avenue, the site of an upcoming 39-story residential tower in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by CetraRuddy Architecture and developed by Douglaston Development under the 170 E 83 Owner, LLC, the 478-foot-tall structure will span 287,632 square feet and yield 125 units with an average scope of 1,804 square feet, as well as 40,864 square feet of commercial space and 21,224 square feet of community facility space. There will also be a cellar level and a 20-foot-long rear yard. Levine Builders is the general contractor for the property, which is alternately addressed as 170 East 83rd Street and bound by Third Avenue to the east, East 82nd Street to the south, and East 83rd Street to the north. Only the southern half of the building will be demolished.

The Harper Completes Construction At 310 East 86th Street On Manhattan’s Upper East Side

Construction is complete on The Harper, a 21-story residential building at 310 East 86th Street in the Yorkville section of the Upper East Side. Designed by ODA Architecture and developed by Izaki Group Investments (IGI-USA), the 145,000-square-foot structure yields 63 condominium units in two- to four-bedroom layouts with prices starting at $2.1 million, as well as ground-floor retail space. Hunter Roberts Construction Group served as the general contractor and CORE is handling sales and marketing for the property, which is located between First and Second Avenues.
