Construction is complete on The Rockwell, a 13-story residential building at 2688 Broadway on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by Hill West Architects and Whitehall Interiors, and developed in collaboration by Toll Brothers, which also served as the general contractor, and Sculptor under the 2686-2690 Broadway LLC, the structure yields 81 condominium units in studio to three-bedroom layouts and ground-floor retail space that is slated to be occupied by a CVS Pharmacy. The property is located at the southeast corner of West 103rd Street and Broadway.

Anagram Finishes Construction at 1 West 60th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

Construction is wrapping up on Anagram, a 26-story residential tower at 1 West 60th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by INC Architecture & Design with SLCE Architects as the architect of record and developed by Global Holdings Management Group, the 281-foot-tall structure spans 180,813 square feet and yields 123 rental units with interiors by The Setting, as well as 20,000 square feet of retail space on the first two levels. Pavarini McGovern is the general contractor and DeSimone Consulting Engineers is the façade consultant for the property, which is alternately addressed as 1841 Broadway and located at the corner of Broadway and West 60th Street, just north of Columbus Circle and the southwest corner of Central Park.

LPC Reviews Renovation Proposal for 340 West 85th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

The New York City Landmark Preservation Commission is reviewing a proposal for renovation work on the Three Arts Club, an eight-story building at 340 West 85th Street on Manhattan‘s Upper West Side. Designed by Curtis + Ginsberg Architects, the project involves the construction of an ADA accessible ramp and stairway to the main entrance to the structure, which is owned by the West Side Federation and contains 125 single-occupancy senior supportive housing units for the formerly homeless.

Housing Lottery Launches for 21 West End Avenue on the Upper West Side, Manhattan

An affordable housing lottery waiting list has launched for 21 West End Avenue, a 48-story mixed-use building built in 2016 on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Developed by Dermot Company and designed by SLCE Architects, the structure yields 616 residences. On NYC Housing Connect is a waiting list to fill four studios and one one-bedroom available now as well as for future vacancies for residents at 40 and 50 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $22,626 to $87,550.
