Global Holdings, an international real estate development firm, recently introduced a 13,000-square-foot amenities package within Anagram Columbus Circle, a residential tower at 1 West 60th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The amenities, spread across four floors of the 26-story tower, reach their pinnacle at “The Top,” a penthouse lounge and terrace offering a catering kitchen and views of Central Park and Columbus Circle.
The new amenity space was designed in collaboration with INC Architecture & Design. It includes a rooftop clubhouse with a library, a lounge area with double-height ceilings, and a communal garden. In addition, the space features a conference room with videoconferencing capabilities and private phone booths, along with a coffee bar.
The Rec Room, located below the lobby, offers activities including a sport simulator room, a teen lounge, and a music room. Additionally, the building boasts a 24/7 attended lobby, bike storage, commercial laundry facilities, and storage lockers.
“In designing Anagram Columbus Circle, we turned away from the standard practice of treating amenities as secondary,” said Adam Rolston, founding partner, creative and managing director, INC Architecture & Design. “We set out to integrate these spaces into the very essence of the building’s design. As a result, amenities are not mere extras; they are essential to the structure’s character, interlaced throughout to foster community and connection.”
Anagram finished construction earlier this spring and is now open for occupancy.

An occasional really dark facade like this gives a little touch drama and definition to the otherwise overwhelmingly grey skyline.
I totally agree.
