Cavan Builders Corporation is the general contractor for the property, which is located on an interior lot between Central Park West and Amsterdam Avenue.
Construction is complete on Charlotte of The Upper West Side, a nine-story residential building at 470 Columbus Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by BKSK Architects and developed by The Roe Corporation, the structure was engineered to Passive House standards and yields seven full-floor condominium units with interiors designed by Alyssa Kapito Interiors and BKSK. Compass and CORE are handling sales and marketing for the property, which is located between West 82nd and 83rd Streets, just north of the American Museum of Natural History.

Designed by SLCE Architects with interiors by Champalimaud Design and developed by Welltower and Hines, the structure yields 76 assisted living and 80 memory care apartments in studio to two-bedroom layouts, with a total capacity of 178 residents. Hunter Roberts Construction Group served as the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of Broadway and West 85th Street.
Rockabill Development and GoddardRiverside have partnered to transform an illegal Upper West Side hotel into a permanent supportive housing property and closed on $38 million to complete the project. Located at 235 West 107th Street, the building was zoned for residential use, but operated as The Morningside Inn, an illegal short-stay property.
