Construction is complete on 58 Saint Marks Place, a 12-story residential building in Boerum HillBrooklyn. Designed by INC Architecture & Design with Issac & Stern as the architect of record and developed by Avdoo & Partners, the rectangular reinforced concrete structure yields 100 units in 45 unique floor plans. Homes range from studio through four-bedroom layouts. LIC Corporation served as the general contractor for the project, which spans nearly the full length of the block bound by Fourth Avenue to the east, St. Mark’s Place to the north, and Willie McDonald Way to the south.

Construction has topped out on 1841 Broadway, a 25-story residential tower on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by INC Architecture & Design with SLCE Architects as the architect of record and developed by Global Holdings Management Group, the 281-foot-tall structure will yield 180,813 square feet with 173 market-rate and affordable housing units, as well as 11,741 square feet of commercial retail space on the first two levels. Pavarini McGovern is the general contractor and DeSimone Consulting Engineers is the façade consultant for the property, which is located at the corner of Broadway and West 60th Street, just north of Columbus Circle and the southwest corner of Central Park.

Exterior work is complete on 7 Dey Street, a 34-story mixed-use tower in the Financial District. Designed by FXCollaborative and developed by SL Green Realty, the 404-foot-tall structure yields 260,000 square feet with 209 rental units ranging from studio to three-bedroom layouts, 26,000 square feet of office space on floors three to five, and 17,000 square feet of flagship retail space spread across the basement, ground, and second floors. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling marketing and sales and INC Architecture & Design is in charge of interior design for the property, which was formerly addressed as 185 Broadway and is located at the corner of Broadway and Dey Street. The development was made possible thanks to un-utilized air rights SL Green purchased from the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA).
