Located between Neptune Avenue and West Brighton Avenue, the lot is steps from the Ocean Parkway subway station, served by the Q train. The New York City Housing Authority and BFC Partners have secured $332.3 million in funding for the renovations of West Brighton I and II, a Permanent Affordability Commitment Together (PACT) project in West Brighton, Staten Island. This brings the total capital investment in the borough to over $1 billion. The PACT partner team, consisting of BFC Partners, CB Emmanuel, Catholic Homes (a non-profit), and Pinnacle City Living, has converted 16 buildings to Project-Based Section 8 housing through the federal Rental Assistance Demonstration program. The project will provide comprehensive renovations for over 1,300 residents.
